The company is privately held with majority ownership held by the Newton family, who have been active in the company since its inception. Die casting aluminum and zinc products for automotive, instrument, lighting, construction, tool, and appliance applications, the Newton-New Haven Co. traces its roots to 1927 and to the development of die casting in the New Jersey-New York area in the early 1900's. Originally the Newton Die Casting Company, founded by William G. Newton, Sr., Newton-New Haven grew by acquisition to become the world class supplier it is today. The Newton Die Management System provides complete life cycle customer support from die design and construction to finished, multi-component assemblies.
