QUANTITY WANTED : TRIAL ORDER : 100 MT ; REGULAR ORDER : 300 MT per month X 12 MONTHS DESTINATION PORT : Genoa port, Italy or La Spezia port, Italy BUYER PREFERENCES FOR ABOVE PRODUCTS : GIVEN IN ORDER OF PRIORITY : 1. The buyer prefer supply from bonded warehouse at supplier location on CAD terms, without any advanvce payments. 2. The buyer is willing for cif terms , with irrevocable non transferable confirmed dlc 100% payable at Discharge port after sgs. 3. If non china loading port, The buyer is willing for cif terms , with irrevocable non transferable confirmed dlc 100% payable at Loading port after sgs. or , any other safe payment and delivery method . *** Essential Buyer requirement for lc method of payment : Seller has to give the buyer permission for below essential buyer requirement . This permission should be mentioned in the seller's draft offer, or sco or fco send to the buyer: * For any lc method of payment , buyer wish to visit seller office and warehouse after signing the spa and after opening lc as Non Operative. Buyer will make lc Operative , if satisfied with the result of the visit to seller office and warehouse. My Commission Request for each of the above products : I request 2% of the LME or 2% of the Sale Price as Total commission for two persons ,[myself and the purchase manager of the end buyer company] , to be divided equally between us.
